Custom / private-label review
Develop the opening, closure, lining, storage and brand details around a specific climbing use case—not a generic promotional pouch.
Development direction · not a stock productThe buyer question
A chalk bag succeeds through small interactions: finding the opening, getting a full hand inside, closing it for transport and keeping a brush or phone secure without interfering with the harness.
Define the climbing context first—gym, single pitch, multipitch, alpine or event merchandise—then review geometry, materials and branding against that use.
Closure security, pocket capacity and durability are development targets. They require agreed test methods and physical sample review before any production claim.
Development directions
Compact waist format focused on hand access, controlled closure, brush retention and clean belt management.
A deeper format that can review larger hand access and a secured pocket while keeping bulk compatible with a harness.
A simplified construction direction for branded gym retail, teams or events, subject to quantity and artwork review.
Specification review
Hand size, rim structure and collapse behavior affect blind access on route.
Drawcord, roll or other closure directions should be assessed for use and containment.
Hand feel, chalk release and cleanability influence the lining and construction brief.
Brush diameter, orientation and snag risk should be defined rather than assumed.
Keys, tape or a defined phone envelope need separation from loose chalk and secure closure.
Artwork, placement and material guide the review of labels, patches, print or embroidery.

Buyer FAQ
A sketch, tech pack or reference sample can structure the review. Construction, materials and brand details remain subject to feasibility and sampling.
MOQ is reviewed after size, construction, materials, colors, branding and packaging are defined. We do not promise a fixed MOQ before commercial review.
Embroidery, woven labels, patches and print directions can be discussed. Suitability depends on artwork, material, placement and order requirements.
Pocket dimensions can be developed around a defined device envelope. Chalk isolation, closure and movement must be checked on a physical sample.
