CragMade / Development service

OEM / private label

Climbing bags built from a useful brief.

Bring a tech pack, a reference, a sketch—or the field problem your product needs to solve. We turn it into a reviewable development path.

Send the brief ↗

Three ways to begin

Start where your project actually is.

01

Tech pack ready

We review dimensions, construction, materials, hardware, artwork and open questions before sampling.

02

Reference in hand

Use a reference to explain function, scale or quality—not to copy another brand’s proprietary design.

03

Problem first

Describe the climber, environment and carry problem. We can help frame a more testable product brief.

Development route

Five gates from idea to production brief.

Each gate reduces ambiguity. A sample is evidence for the next decision—not proof of untested performance.

  1. 01

    Define

Align user, use case, product format, quantity, price position, market and launch intent.

  2. 02

    Feasibility review

Review construction, material, hardware, branding and sourcing dependencies as one system.

  3. 03

    Sample

Translate the approved direction into a physical sample with recorded assumptions and open points.

  4. 04

    Review & revise

Check fit, access, carry, cleaning, workmanship and agreed project-specific tests.

  5. 05

    Production brief

Freeze the approved specification, artwork, packaging and commercial conditions before production.

What gets reviewed

One product, six connected decisions.

01

Use & load

Who carries it, what goes inside and what changes between approach, climbing and return.

02

Construction

Access, seams, reinforcement, attachment and assembly logic around the defined use.

03

Materials

Candidate fabrics, linings, mesh and hardware subject to function, availability and sampling.

04

Branding

Artwork method and placement are matched to panel layout, material and intended finish.

05

Commercial fit

Quantity, target price position and packaging are reviewed after the product direction is defined.

06

Validation

Project-specific sample checks and test methods are agreed for claims that matter.

Buyer FAQ

Questions worth settling early.

What can I send to start a review?

A tech pack, reference product, sketch or a clearly described user problem can all start a review. Include intended use, quantity, target market, branding and timing where known.

Can you copy an existing branded product?

Reference products may help explain a feature or use case, but the project should be developed around your own requirements and lawful brand assets rather than copied proprietary design.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ is reviewed after construction, materials, hardware, color, branding and packaging are defined. No fixed MOQ is promised before feasibility and commercial review.

Do you guarantee materials, branding methods or timing?

Options are reviewed against the approved construction, supplier availability and sampling result. Final specifications and timing are confirmed only in the project quotation and approved sample.

Show us what you know—and what you do not.

Send the intended user, use case, product type, quantity, price position, target timing and any sketches or references. We will respond around the brief, not a generic promise.
